1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 5jlj platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered player placing real-money bets — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 5jlj (the "Platform" or "Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5jlj platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of 5jlj following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 5jlj platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming. 5jlj does not permit access to real-money gaming by persons under 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously excluded from 5jlj or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets on 5jlj.

5jlj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 5jlj. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 5jlj account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Keep your registration information current and promptly update it if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 5jlj immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

5jlj reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5jlj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 5jlj's discretion.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 5jlj:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 5jlj targets withdrawal processing times of under fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 5jlj reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Deposits made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) will be credited to your account in PHP. All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5jlj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all 5jlj bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 5jlj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or abuse of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 5jlj reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 5jlj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. General betting rules that apply across all 5jlj products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 5jlj does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, 5jlj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• 5jlj uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology in all applicable casino and arcade games. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness.
• For sports betting markets, 5jlj's trading team reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, result disputes, or confirmed integrity concerns.
• Winnings will be credited to your 5jlj account balance promptly upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5jlj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to 5jlj support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your 5jlj account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5jlj platform — including but not limited to the 5jlj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5jlj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 5jlj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 5jlj content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 5jlj content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the 5jlj platform.
• Use 5jlj's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5jlj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.

5jlj makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10 Privacy & Data

5jlj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on 5jlj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• 5jlj does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination for cause, 5jlj reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 5jlj account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

5jlj operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operations serving Philippine-based players. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 5jlj complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

5jlj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5jlj will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 5jlj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
